How do I download my guide after purchase?

Once your payment is confirmed, you'll receive an email from us with a download link. Simply click the link and your PDF will download instantly to your device. You can also find your download in your order confirmation email.

I didn't receive my download link. What should I do?

First, check your spam or junk folder — our emails sometimes end up there. If you still can't find it, contact us with your order number and we'll resend it right away.

How many times can I download my guide?

You can download your guide up to 5 times. We recommend saving it to your device or cloud storage (Google Drive, Dropbox, iCloud) after your first download so you always have access.

What format are the guides in?

All our guides are delivered as PDF files, which can be opened on any device — phone, tablet, or computer — using any free PDF reader.

How do I open a PDF on my phone?

On iPhone, PDFs open automatically in the Files app or Safari. On Android, use any free PDF reader app such as Adobe Acrobat Reader (free download from the Play Store). On a computer, PDFs open in your browser or any PDF reader.

The file won't open. What should I try?

Try downloading the file again, or open it with a different PDF reader. If the problem persists, contact us and we'll help you sort it out.

Can I get a refund?

Because our products are instant digital downloads, we generally do not offer refunds once the file has been downloaded. However, if you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your guide, please contact us and we'll make it right.

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. We never store your card details.
